Return window
You may request a return within 3 business days of receiving your item.
How to request a return
- Email giggleglobetoys@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items that come into direct contact with a child's mouth (e.g. teethers) cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.
